Shipping policy

Processing Time
Because our items are made and fulfilled in different ways, shipping times vary:
– Original drawings and books ship from our studio within 5–7 business days.
– Made-to-order hoodies and print-on-demand embroidered patches are produced by our partners and usually ship within 7–14 business days.

You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as each item ships. If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)
We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on the item size and destination. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after dispatch.

International Shipping
We ship worldwide where possible. Delivery times vary but usually take 10–21 business days. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes charged by their country.

Packaging
We take great care to package drawings and books securely to ensure they arrive safely.

Lost or Damaged Packages
